This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ground floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.
The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.
This Southerly facing apartment is located inside the gated complex and is fully air-conditioned throughout (hot and cold air) and has English TV channels.

A few steps takes you to the property with a gate door onto the balcony area which has a table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer.
6 Steps down from the balcony takes you to the patio area, which has been tiled and attracts sunshine for the majority of the day, sunloungers available for use on patio.
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 dining chairs, information pack.
For entertainment you have a flat screen television with English channels. There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater.

Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a supermarket, Consum, shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, casino, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.
