This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in the most beautiful settings in los dolses ..quaint mews setting, very friendly, amazing break for romantic getaways, families or golfers. The area has great weather 300 days of the year due to micro climate and is fantastic for golfers in winter ...a perfect all year holiday/break with a real log fire for winter breaks. As well as a log effect calor gas fire if needed making winter stays very home from home please book early as we book all year very fast to avoid disappointment .
The villa is a beautiful property and furnished to a very high standard. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a leather kingsize bed with luxury memory foam mattress and pillows for comfort with luxury bedding, it also has an ensuite bathroom with power shower, toilet and sink. A separate family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet can be found between the two bedrooms. Second bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, TV & x-box.
Nothing about this home is standard, it is equipped for your comfort and luxury. It is fully fitted with mozzies blinds all through a must in Spain no more bites including sliding screen of lounge patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster.
The living room has 2 cream large leather recliening sofas, very comfortable and would seat 3 people on each if needed and could also be used as additional beds for smaller children if needed making it then available for 6 people. It is equipped with a 47" LED smart TV, with access to UKTV and Amazon Prime, WIFI, dvd player with a large selection of up to date DVDs, and a selection of board games including deluxe scrabble, star wars monopoly. There are plenty of upto date reading books.
Off of the living room is sliding patio doors leading onto a tiled terrace, beautiful for taking it all in with a glass of wine.
There is a gate from the terrace down into the pretty garden with table, chairs and parasol. Then there are steps leading up to a very large roof terrace where the views are just beautiful and breath taking, our favourite place to be at the end of the day.
The bedrooms have memory foam mattress ensuring a great nights sleep also every little detail has been thought about and catered for to ensure a top class stay..
The whole villa has mosquito nets at every door and window stopping the bites many suffer during there stay in Spain !!
Not forgetting the beautiful adults and childrens pools set in beautiful gardens which are secure, private and gated.
Los Dolses is an area for all year round breaks as winters can also be very mild and sunny great for golfers or just a chilled out break.
La Zenia Boulevard is a 5 min drive from the villa.

We stayed in this lovely home for 8 weeks in September & October this year.
The house is extremely well fitted with everything you need for a fabulous holiday.
Great location, near the local supermarket and only short journeys to the beaches.
Nothing was too much trouble for the owners Sharon & Richard - lovely people.
We are returning in March next year for another month - can't wait.

“A luxurious yet home from home property in such beautiful street.”

This is the second time my wife and I and our two young children have stayed in this property and it certainly will not be the last. The property itself is fantastic, both luxurious yet feels like a home from home with everything you will need, loved the comfy beds and especially the big tv !! It's a bloke thing !
we love the outdoor area with various table areas to eat, drink, read and chill out, especially love the comfy sofa up on the "roof" space area to chill, unwind and love the view of such a beautiful street.
The pool area is just fantastic and the kids just couldn't get enough, look at the pictures and it doesn't do it justice and never felt overcrowded at any time we were there (EVERYDAY )
The location is great too if you didn't want the hassle of a car, its less than 5 minutes to the local complex with cafes and bars and a large food supermarket where you can stock up with just about anything you can think of, there is a great place about 10 minutes walk to Villa martin square, just past the golf course, with loads of choices of eating places to choose from and that "holiday" atmosphere complete with parrots in the trees! please check out the newish La Zenia boulevard, what a great addition to the area, once again really kid friendly and great atmosphere for eating, shopping or drinking. (short taxi ride)
If your a beach person and love the water parks, then would definitely recommend hiring a car out for your stay and the roads never seemed that busy at all.
All in all we had a great time as a family, lots of fun, chill time for the wife and I and a very personal thanks to the owners from their Information pack, advice , help and always friendly manner, even after all my questions!!! :)
We will be back !!
“Wow factor”

Having returned from a very pleasant sunny visit in Spain, we can't rate this property enough. It had everything & more we could wish for, including bike hire, baby equipment, & even some fantastic board games for the children that we could take to the beach with us. Restaurant's, bars & the shopping mall are all very close by within walking distance. The property was lovely & clean on arrival, Sharon & Hayley do a sterling job as well as being super helpful with info regarding the area & things to do.
We shall be booking again for a visit next summer!

“Fabulous villa” We booked the villa for a week in June 2011. It was a smooth transaction and we had great communication with the owner who was extremely helpful. On arrival we were met by a friendly neighbour who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The villa was beautiful and it exceeded our expectations. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay . It was not basic as some holiday accommodation can be. It had fabulous finishing such as leather sofas, luxury bedding and top quality patio furniture. We have stayed in the area before so we had a good knowledge of the area. However there was a welcome folder in the villa with everything you need to know about los dolces and the surrounding areas. We also hired the car that was offered with the villa. It was much cheaper than hiring from a rental company. I would definitely recommend hiring the car! We had such a fabulous holiday we will be returning again next year. Thanks again to Sharon for letting us rent her beautiful villa.
"A real home from home” Great base for the holiday ,very comfortable home with lovely gardens and a really comfortable upper level great for chilling out with a cup of tea or a couple of San Miguels for supper. You will need a car for getting about with Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja all within reach. Torrevieja has some nice restaurants and a street market and in the evening has a great atmosphere as everyone has a stroll along the seafront before or after eating.
We rented the owners Nissan Micra and it was perfect for getting about. We were collected at the Airport by John a neighbour who also acted as a guide and was always on hand with recommendations and advice. A great holiday and we hope to be back soon
