The villa is air conditioned & furnished to a very high standard, comprising of 4 floors. Excellent Wi-Fi Installed.
The basement has 2 Twin themed bedrooms (Single beds), one has an American theme and the other a London theme. There is also a living area furnished with double sofa bed, tv, & sony playstation + games just in case you need a break from the kids!! There is also a shower room/toilet.
Up one floor to the main living area comprises of large dining/living area, with a luxury 6 seater table, 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa. The living area has English Tv, wifi, CD player & DVD player with a selection of CD's, DVD's provided. Another shower room/toilet is located on this level.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including all mod cons including washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc.
Upstairs comprises of another 2 double luxury bedrooms, Kingsize beds with a shared balcony, there is a safe & bathroom, with bath, shower, and toilet.
Travel cots are available on request & these can be moved into any of the bedrooms, also there is a stair guard if any young children are staying, plus high chair if required.
Heading up to the 4th floor the is a huge sun terrace, comprising of large dining table & stone BBQ for those long summer evenings.
On arrival & you will be met at the property where you will be given the keys & instuction/tour on the Villa facilities. You will have a local point of contact to handle any questions or problems you may encounter and any information required about the local area, buses, shopping, beaches etc..
The communal swimming pool is directly opposite the villa and is gated the front porch has rattan sofa and chairs for relaxing with a glass of wine.
A pick up service and Car Hire can be arranged from any airport, price on request.
The villa is located on the coast, with 20min walk to fabulous beaches at Punta Prima, & 45min walk to main Torrevieja town. Along with many good local restaurants and bars, there are many interesting and fun areas well worth a visit .

Fantastic Holiday
Had a brilliant stay at this villa! Lovely place, really big/spacious villa with all facilities. Had some great evenings on the terrace having BBQ's, great views over to the sea! Nice furniture on the lower terrace, to enjoy breakfast and take in the early morning sun. There are lots of good places to eat near the villa and you MUST go to Christophers Restaurant and Papaya Tree. we will definitely be going back, fully recommend! Thanks for a lovely holiday!
Fab holiday
This was our second stay at the villa and we will without a doubt be staying there again! A lovely villa with a great pool. An ideal location only a short walk from restaurants and shops yet still in a nice quiet surrounding. Thanks for another great holiday!
Holiday in Torrevieja in April
I stayed at this villa with my friend and our four children for a week. The villa is absolutely lovely. It has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing enjoyable break away in the sun! Our children loved the swimming pool and with the satellite TV there was plenty to keep them entertained. The villa is in a perfect location to shops and lovely restaurants and bars. The area is very tranquil and peaceful and the local residents are very friendly and were happy to help us with any questions. I highly recommend the villa for anyone seeking a holiday home from home!
A great villa! Plenty of space as only the 5 of us! Bigger enough for 2 families to share! If you want a relaxing holiday everything is in walking distance! Restaurant, bars & shops! If you want to go further a field you might need a car! 10 min walk to the beach, so everything you need for a great holiday! Will definatley come again!

I stayed at the villa with 7 of my friends. We had a great time from start to finish. The villa has recently had a makeover since I last stayed and it looks great! It's really clean, nice bedding, new towels, fresh smelling!
The villa comfortably slept all of us, loads of room/space for everyone, could easily have accomodated 10 people.
We had great weather and were able to take advantage of the communal swimming pool which we had all to ourselves all weekend.
Short walk to local shops where there is a Consum supermarket, really reasonable and has everything you need. There are also a few cafe's here where you can get a full english breakfast for 3 Euros, bargain!
Really nice restuarants in the local area, Christopher's is a must and so is Puccini's. If you want some live entertainment then head to Playa Flamenca centrale where you will find bands on most nights in the Landsdowne (an Irish bar).
Great holiday enjoyed by all of us, we are definitely coming back again next year!
