This is a lovely villa, home from home, in the heart of everything at Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca.  You are a 5/10 minute walk to the new La Zenia shopping mall, there is a family pool bar at the end of the road and on a Saturday you are right next to the famous Vibrant Playa Flamenca Spanish Saturday Market.

The villa has free internet, German and UKTV on a large flat screen TV.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom.

It has a driveway, a large outdoor area with seating areas and a private roof terrace.  The communal pool is a 10 second walk.

There is a departure clean and laundry fee payable on arrival to the keyholder of €70.
