CASA BENNO 4 BED 3 BATH MODERN/STYLISH VILLA

DreamCleanz took on Casa Benno in September 2014, the interior and exterior was looking very tired and bland.  The owner wanted everything removed and replaced with modern contempory furniture and fixings.
After two months of painting, shopping, removing furniture, replacing furniture and styling each room Casa Benno is now ready for the 2015 holiday season looking like a new villa.
The interior is now very modern and each bedroom has been themed, the dining/living room is now a elegant place to sit and eat.  

The villa is air conditioned & furnished to a very high standard, comprising of 4 floors. Excellent Wi-Fi Installed.

The basement has 2 Twin themed bedrooms (Single beds), one has an American theme and the other a London theme. There is also a living area/snug furnished with double sofa bed, tv, & sony playstation + games just in case you need a break from the kids!! There is also a shower room/toilet.

Up one floor to the main living area comprises of large dining/living area, with a luxury 6 seater table, 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa.  The living area has English Tv, wifi, CD player & DVD player with a selection of CD's, DVD's provided. Another shower room/toilet is located on this level. 

The kitchen is very well equipped, including all mod cons including washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc.

Upstairs comprises of another 2 double luxury bedrooms, Kingsize beds with a shared balcony, there is a safe & bathroom, with bath, shower, and toilet.

Travel cots are available on request & these can be moved into any of the bedrooms, also there is a stair guard if any young children are staying, plus high chair if required.

Heading up to the 4th floor the is a huge sun terrace, comprising of large dining table & stone BBQ for those long summer evenings.
