Spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with everything you need for a special break  there are three bedrooms one double bed with fitted wardrobes ..and a fantastic large ensuite wet room ....One bedroom has a single bed that converts if needed to a  good double bed  and a third bedroom which has twin beds all have private access to the beautiful very large outside balcony and outdoor living area .

Each bed has a luxury mattress to ensure a good nights sleep along with aircon throughout.

The outdoor balcony is an exceptional space, as the photos show, and overlooks the stunning green and pool areas with easy access.

Fantastic family dining table and outdoor sunloungers and modern comforatable outdoor  sofa seating. The apartment is walking distance to shops bars resturants and easy access to all routes by car if needed to see the sights and beaches.

The departure clean & linen fee is payable in euros on arrival and is €120. 

The Security Deposit is €200 which will be returned within 7 days of departure after property is checked and cleaned.
