This is a two bed two bathroom ground floor corner apartment at prime location of punta prima, a few 
minutes walk to local centre with all your needs on the doorstep.  Walking distance to local bars, restaurants, supermarket and walking distance to local beach one of several all within ten 20 minute walk away or a few minutes by car .
 
The apartment is a corner ground floor, a stones throw from the secure gated community pool in stunning surrounds, the entrance to punta marina is also gated,  it is set in lush grounds of greenery and flowers.

There is plenty of Parking directly out side if driving and there is also local bus routes a few minute walk away.  
 
The apartment sleeps 4, it has two bedrooms, a double bed with an ensuite bathroom of bath with shower and a second bedroom with twin beds ..there is a family shower room also...the lounge has a sofa and flat screen tv, the dining table seats 4. The fourth bedroom is currently being used as the dining room but is easily converted back to a bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms are all double rooms with the master bedroom being spacious and well decorated & with a en-suite bathroom.

The property has domestic solar heated water with a gas back up boiler. There are internal and external alarms and there are hot/cold air-conditioning units in all of the main rooms.

​When you hire a car with Gray´s Car Rental Villamartin you will be collected from the airport and taken to your accommodation where your car will be waiting for you, the car will have a full tank of fuel and we ask that you return it full at the end of your stay.
All our cars are fully legal and insured, please ensure that you have your passport and driving licence upon collection of the vehicle.
At the end of your stay you will collected from your accommodation and returned to the airport.
There are no hidden fees with Gray´s Car Rental and we pride ourselves on offering a stress free service.

GRAY´S CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Age
All drivers must be over the age of 21.
Documents Required
To drive a Gray´s Car Rental vehicle you must provide at the time of hire, an original full driving license, passport and rental agreement of the property you will be residing in whilst in Spain.
Payment
You have the option to pay your rent a car balance in full at booking via bank transfer or alternatively full balance can be paid on collection of vehicle.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €100 is required when collecting the vehicle, this will be returned once the car is checked.
IDE - Insurance Damage Excess
The Insurance damage excess is €300, this does not cover loss of keys, traffic fines, incorrect fuel or any damage or loss of the radio equipment.

Traffic Violations
Any traffic violations or parking offences or any breach of laws, rules or local regulations will be paid in full by the hirer plus an additional €25 administration fee.

Alcohol and Drugs
The hirer is fully responsible of the value of the vehicle if it is found that the driver is involved in any kind of any incident or accident and is above the legal limits.

Breakdown
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact our 24 hour emergency breakdown cover

Accidents
In the event of an accident you have to notify Gray´s Car Rental immediately on our contact number
 
(0034) 694 493 059. You must take full details of all parties involved. Complete the accident form which is provided in the glove box of the vehicle (without completion of this form a claim cannot be made). Do not admit or accept responsibility for the accident unless you are 100% sure and understand everything that you are signing. Do not abandon the vehicle, Inform the police immediately of accident details or any injuries, police can be contacted on 112.
Driving Restrictions
The vehicle cannot be taken out of mainland Spain.

Hirers agreement to rent a car contract
    1.    Any damage to tyre or wheels are at the expense of the renter do not remove rental agreements or official documents from the vehicle.
    2.    Unlimited mileage
    3.    If the vehicle is not returned in a reasonable condition as it was collected, the renter will be charged for a full valet of 50€ and any additional repairs will be charged accordingly.
    4.    Loss of car keys will be charged at €100. ​

Use of the vehicle
The vehicle hired to the hirer shall be the sole responsibility of the hire for duration of the rental period of the rental agreement contract, the following applies to all rentals:
Only those named on the rental agreement have permission to drive the vehicle.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport goods.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to tow other vehicles.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to participate in races, competitions or challenges.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any other cause which may impair the ability to drive the car in a correct manner.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport more passengers than law allows.

Fuel
Our fuel policy is that you receive the vehicle with a full tank and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank. If the car is not returned with a full tank, the hirer is responsible for the cost of refuelling the car plus an administration fee of 25€. 

Fines
All traffic fines will be charged to the hirer including a 25€ administration fee.

Tyre damage/rim damage
Punctures or blowouts (You will be expected to pay for the change the tyre)
Clutch damage
Unexplained damage
