This villa has everything and more you could wish for from flat screen TV,s  throughout with UK & international channels in the lounge, internet throughout and luxury beds.  The villa is well equipped for all your needs from the kitchen to the outside areas.

The lounge has great seating areas for larger groups with TV, DVD  and there is inside and outside dining areas.

There is aircon throughout and plenty of storage space.

The villa is spread over three floors and on the forth floor you will find a private roof terrace.  The community pool is a 10 second walk from the villa and the coast is a 10 minute walk.The beds can be either 4 king size beds or single beds 

The villa is situated close to the Punta Prima commercial centre which offers a local supermarket, bars, restaurants and McDonalds !!
Punta Prima beach is a 10 minute walk away and is great for walking or cycling, you will also find the Nautilus restaurant and sunrise beach bars.

La Zenia Boulavard shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

A 7 seater car is also available to hire out with this property which includes GPS.  Car and baby seats can also be hired, please ask for details, you must have a clean driving licence and be over the age of 26.  Driving documents must be brought over if car hire is taken.
