"DC Property Management have been managing my Villa for 3 years now. From the moment they have taken my property on to their books they have been faultless. Sharon and Rich have been amazing, originally did a major overhaul to modernise my property. Sharon is a natural at interior design and transformed the house, she has given the house a very modern look, but also small touches to make it very homely. We’ve had some fantastic review from guests that have stayed. I’ve had all the grills painted, and recently had the inside painted, all to a very high standard. A very professional service from start to finish and cannot recommend highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble and they have a great team."

"Sharon and Richard were the managers of a villa we hired and I cannot recommend them enough. Sharon responded very quickly to the many questions I had before the holiday. We received a very warm welcome from Richard on our arrival at the villa. We also hired a car from them which was hassle free, not like the problems you have at airport bookings. If Richard can do it why can’t others. Everything ran smoothly and their helpful manner made our holiday even more enjoyable. 1st class service I would highly recommend."

She’s super to deal with. 👌👌👌Richard picked us up at the airport and put up with our excitedly constant chatter without complaint. He’s incredibly patient 😬😬😬Our car was ready and waiting at our destination . Steve dropped us back to the airport and made the journey pass by quickly with his friendly chat. 😉😉😉 There were no hidden costs. Everything was transparent and easy and so competitively priced. We are just back from 10 days at this wonderful apartment. Myself, my partner, our 8 year old, 18 year old and our eldest daughters friend. Firstly we were greeted by a very patient Richard who had to direct us into the apartment as our sat nav wasn't up to date. His directions were perfect and we were given a tour of the property and advice on places to go during our stay. The property itself was immaculate, the single bedroom extends to a double bed which was very comfortable, the bedrooms had plenty of storage space and the kitchen was fully equipped. The wifi was great throughout our stay and every TV channel you can imagine was available. Sports fans, movie fans its all there! The showers are warm and powerful and the air con has fan option as well as freeze your bum off option. One of the bedrooms settings was incorrectly set (could have been our fault) but Richard came to the property and fixed it with no problem. The pool is immaculate, cleaned daily, with a great kids pool, the balcony is a sun trap with fantastic furniture, comfortable loungers and umbrellas to provide shade when needed. Nearby (less than 3 minute walk) is La Fuente with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from but no noise can be heard from inside the property. 5 minute drive is La Zenia Boulevard and 8 minutes to La Zenia beach. This beach is great for activities and surfing but go to other beaches for paddling and with small children. Supermarkets galore nearby and Torreviaja only 20 minutes in car for even more choice. We loved it so much we will be back next year! In regards to Sharon and Richard they manage things flawlessly, answer emails speedily and are honest people. I overpaid in error and it was no hassle getting money back. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank You. Sian & Chris

We arrived home late last night from spending 10 days in this stunning villa. The Villa is set in a lovely little gated area and as soon as you walk in you can tell this is better than expected. The rooms are all a lovely size and the villa has a very homely feel to it. The garden area is much bigger than it looks and with the bar and pool table as well as the huge pool my boys (24, 18 & 9) throughly enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again if going to the same area. A real gem.

Well, just arrived back home today after our first villa holiday and it was fantastic from start to finish. Richard picked us up from airport and was a lovely guy. The villa was stunning, clean and in a great location and after Richard had given us the tour we nipped to the local supermarket to get some basic bits and bobs. On waking up the next morning the fridge was not as cold as we liked so contacted Richard and he arrive 30 minutes later and fixed the problem for us. The area was fantastic for eating out and having a few drinks with the selection of around 25 bars and restaurants at La Fuente a 2 minute walk away. La Zenia bullavard was a great day out which was 30 minutes to walk or 30 minutes using the local bus. The balcony area was great for relaxing and keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. There are signs about no inflatables in the pool area but the locals did not mind and the kids had a great time.

My family and I stayed there for just under two weeks. We had a lovely time as we know the area. Perfect location for market beach and le zenia boulevard. All in walking distance and we have three young children . Richard was also very helpful and always there if you needed anything.

Stayed in the villa for 10 days in july met by richard at airport from start to finish just a great hol villa great so roomy there was 4 adults and 2 kids pool area superb big pool bar area and bbq richard was only a phone call away and always was there to help bars and restaurants 5 min walk away overall a great hol

This is the third time back to our sunny home from home and still just love all the extras that make our stay so much more enjoyable along with the excellent service from Sharon And Rich from Dream cleanz !!! We noticed all the new outside floor tiles and it makes the outside space look even better and we still just love the upstairs space , relaxing over wine and beer in the very quaint street to cap off the day. There are a couple of local centers within 5 minutes walk and the bigger "local" center of villa martin a pleasant 10 minutes walk away and a must whether for a few drinks, meal or shopping go to the la Zenia shopping mall, which is just a 5 minute car or taxi ride away - Will be back again by the end of the year and cant wait to chill and just relax again! 5 star all the way! place and service!

Thanks Sharon & Richard for the luxury Villa. We all have a lovely time and the kids. It is really suitable for the family. The Villa was absolutely fantastic to stay, the surroundings is very nice and the Neighbor are very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much and the best part in the Villa is having dinner BBQ at roof top Over looking the Mediterranean sea. Thanks Richard for everything. You are such a nice guy. You are always there when we need you. The Villa is well recommended to any one with a big family or group of friends.😀😀👍👍

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Piedra and as before the house was spot on as was the correspondence between my self and Sharon and then the welcome from Richard when we arrived. The house is in a great position with 5min walk to Los Doses commercial centre, 20mins to Villamartin plaza and La Fuenta centre (along the canal) and 25mins to La Zenia blv, all these at a nice strolling pace. We like the house that much we are booked to go back in September. This is our house of choice when we visit the area.

Just arrived back from a very relaxing break in this luxurious apartment. It is very bright and modern throughout and the surrounding grounds and pool area are very well maintained. We loved the fact that all three bedrooms and living area all opened out onto the very large terrace where we could bask in the sun all day until at least 7 o'clock in the evening. A 5 minute stroll along the road took us to La Fuenta plaza which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from and all very reasonably priced. Can't wait to return. And thank you once again to Richard and Sharon the property managers who looked after us and organised airport transfers.

spent a week in this lovely house.And can highly recommend it if anyone is looking for somewhere to stay. The house is a detached bungalow with a huge garden to the front and sides. And with it being a south west faced house the sun was on the garden all afternoon till early evening.Or there was the option to sit on the roof terrace , which was also a suntrap.The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. it has everything that you need ,including free wi fi .As it was February and the evenings are cooler , the owner had even set the central heating for me. The house was immaculately clean. Richard who manages the property for the owner gives a 100% service. offering a pick up/return service from the airport , and is available to take you other places too. A lovely friendly guy who bends over backwards to help you !

We were collected from the airport by Richard on Christmas Eve, this was our first holiday abroad at this time of year and weren't sure what to expect of the whether or how it would feel to be missing the Christmas festivities at home. On arrival at Casa Piedra Richard showed us around the villa and how the appliances worked etc then left us to enjoy our holiday. The villa was absolutely amazing, decor was beautiful and so homely - not at all like staying in a usual holiday let Villa, this place is like coming home! so much love and attention to detail has gone into Sharon and Richards Villa its brilliant, they had even put us a small Christmas tree up and wreath on the door etc. The out door space is tranquil, comfortable with beautiful outdoor furniture and 3 separate terraces. Every meal we had out was brilliant, and a great News Years Eve was celebrated at The Stray Sod Irish Bar! I Cannot recommend this place enough to come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, and if you do fancy letting your hair down its only 10 -15 minutes walk away. Thank you Sharon and Richard for an amazing Christmas, we will definitely be returning.
A wonderful relaxing holiday experience

Just returned from a week stay at Casa Piedra and once again we've had such a wonderful relaxing break staying at this most lovely villa. It has everything you need and more and is very much home from home. We absolutely love the beautiful gardens and the roof top terrace where we relax and soak up the sun whilst enjoying a nice cold beer or a bottle of chilled wine. The owners, Sharon and Richard are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble for them in making sure you have a great time. Casa Piedra is an exceptional place to stay and is close to the local bars/restaurants and the excellent La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre.
