Full Property Management
The Full Property Management Service offers a full security package for your home:
Security checks every 14 days, key holding and emergency call outs are all included in the price. During this time we check all utilities and services are working correctly, run the water and air the property, keep the garden litter free (gardening services not included!), water plants if required and empty your post box regularly (If required).
We will deal with any problems that arise whilst you are not in Spain.
The cost of this service is €325 per year.

Property Cleaning:
Full Property Cleaning Service includes a full clean of your property, laundry cleaned and ironed, leaving the place ready for your next guests or visit.
A property clean consists of: laundry stripped, washed & ironed, new bedding fitted, clean towels installed, all floors vacuumed, brushed and / or mopped (including under furniture!), all furniture dusted, mirrors polished, ceiling fans/air con units cleaned, kitchen cooker inside & out, fridge, bathroom(s) fully cleaned and disinfected, all windows in property cleaned.
Prices range depending on property type, number of bedrooms and cleaning cycle, but here is the guideline:
Apartments:
1 Bedroom €70 2 Bedroom €80 3 Bedroom €100
Villas:
2 Bedroom €90 3 Bedroom €120 4 Bedroom €140

- Welcome Packs:
Sometimes your guests will be travelling long hours and inconvient times, we offer a guest service which mean that we will buy and place the essentials into your property so that your guests do not have to worry about finding a shop until the following day. The welcome pack costs €25 and consists of:
Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, preserves, cereal, wine and a six pack of beer.
